Our monthly Support and Maintenance Agreements can be tailored to suit a client's budget and requirements.
We have included some sample plans below to give an idea of potential costs for monthly Support and Maintenance Agreements. We can also work with clients to put together a bespoke plan if needed.

* Monthly maintenance agreements have a minimum 12 months commitment and are invoiced quarterly in advance. All prices shown are per month and exclusive of VAT.
** Websites need to be up-to-date before the plan starts. Major version upgrades and custom plugin updates may not be included but we can quote for these as separate pieces of development work if needed. Craft CMS licenses & plugin licenses or renewals are not included but we can buy these and re-bill them at cost if needed.
*** Unused hours for a given quarter can't be rolled over to the next quarter. Emergency support, maintenance or development during business hours will be charged at 1.5 times the normal rate (e.g. 1 hour will be logged as 1.5 hours on your timesheet). Out-of-hours support, maintenance or development will be charged at 2 times the normal rate (e.g. 1 hour will be logged as 2 hours on your timesheet).
